MEDIATION FEES

£1500 plus vat per day plus disbursements/expenses. (£750 inc vat per party) This includes preparation/ reading and travel time.

Mediation day will be from 9 am to 5 pm.

Fees must be paid prior to the mediation day.

The fee includes:

• Drafting and agreeing Mediation Agreement
• Pre reading mediation Bundle
• Travel to and from Mediation
• Mediation day – 9 am till 5 pm
